Product Appearance & others All photos of our products are being taken by professionals and some could be touched up for better web-viewing, therefore the actual product could appear different under different environment and lighting conditions. We also do not guarantee that the items are "100% scratch free and chip free" because different items have different quality criteria from different suppliers.We do not refund or accept returns on items that are perceived as not meeting "customer's personal quality expectations", such as perfection or overly immaculate expectations. Customers are supposed to clarify their expectations with us if they are in doubt of any item quality prior to any purchase, and not after the purchase. We cannot guarantee on workmanship of the crafted items that do not meet customer's personal opinion and expectation because there is no means for our products to be felt and closely inspected by customers prior to purchase. Therefore if customers agree to make purchases through internet, they have agreed on the supplier’s inspection criteria. In addition, most products that are handmade may not appear exactly the same as the one shown in pictures, because they differ from one piece to another. Crystals may differ in colors, shapes, patterns, etc. Adhesive drop-offs due to shipping shock vibes are not considered as damage and it is the responsibility of the customers to glue them back if there are adhesive problems aggravated by shock vibes. Cancellation Policy Cancellation by you : We offer money back guarantee for order cancellation. Cancellation will depend on whether the processing of your order has been taken up or not. Unlike online shopping stores, our processing involves meticulous and customised procedures that involves a lot of time, money and energy. If your process has been initiated and too late for cancellation, nothing can be done about it. However, in the event that your cancellation takes place before the processing itself, a fee will be imposed for the transaction and our forwarder's handling charges. The minimum fee that would be charged is 20% of the total amount paid for any cancellation, it could be more depending upon the transaction itself. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with couriers who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Crystal-Vaastu.com if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not ship a replacement item, as these are custom-built and hence impossible to replace. Goods are always shipped on buyers’ risks. As a guide only, our couriers attempt to deliver to business addresses between 9 am and 5 pm, and to home addresses up until 6 pm. Unfortunately, we are unable give a guaranteed time of delivery. You may select the "Recipient to sign for delivery" option when placing an order with us. By doing so, you agree that we have satisfied the condition where a signature has been received from the recipient, appropriate agent or proxy recipient of the order (chosen at the courier’s discretion). This includes, but is not limited to, a hotel or office receptionist signing on receipt of delivery at the specified address. We perform 100% Quality Assurance Check with a buddy system (each order is packed by one personnel and double-checked by another) and ensure all items are packed in accurate quantity and good condition. However, we have no control of any items once they leave our hands. All said and done, damage is unlikely; but in any case, we strongly advice you to please check your order upon delivery and accept your purchase ONLY if the goods arrive in good condition. If the goods are damaged, do NOT accept delivery of the goods and lodge a written complaint immediately with the courier.
